Poppy and Myrt flew in for the occasion (fun, exciting and special).
Brandon flew in as well. (Also fun, exciting and special).
Spring open house at Kuehnle complete with the annual History Alive tour. (fun and exciting).
A 100 Year Celebration of Scouting at Minute Maid Park complete with the governor, senators, astronauts, etc etc. (fun).
A ward campout at Huntsville State Park, complete with foil dinners, tents, sleeping bags etc.
A special friend's funeral at which I was asked to speak on the plan of salvation. The filled to capacity audience included only 10 white people and the extended welcome to "deacons, reverends and preachers in attendance" did catch my attention. Lots of crying, clapping and amen-ing. Such a sweet and tender service, complete with the most beautiful gospel renditions of "How Great Thou Art" and "Amazing Grace" I have ever heard.

London and Gavin's baptism. Perfectly Wonderful and Special. (And exciting for a minute when we realized the missionaries had scheduled another baptism at the same time without checking the font's availability).

What a fun, fun weekend! We thought about London on Sunday and I can't wait to see the pictures. I'm not surprised you could juggle all the fun in one weekend with such a positive outlook on it! :)
